FAQs

What makes your in-home micro school different from traditional school?

1

Our micro school offers an intimate learning environment with small class sizes, individualized lesson plans, and a highly qualified teacher. This structure ensures personalized attention, promotes curiosity, and allows students to engage deeply through project-based and hands-on learning experiences, something that is often impossible in traditional large classrooms.

How long are tutoring sessions and why?

2

Tutoring sessions are 45–60 minutes. This length is carefully designed to maximize focus, comprehension, and retention for young learners while keeping them engaged and energized throughout the lesson.

Are meals included?

3

Yes! Daycare meals and snacks are included for all enrolled children. Micro school students bring their own snacks, and tutoring sessions may incorporate optional materials to complement learning.

Can I schedule a tour before enrolling?

4

Absolutely! We highly encourage families to schedule a tour or meeting to experience our warm, inviting environment firsthand. To arrange a visit, please complete the request information box on our website.

What happens if my child is sick?

7

The health and safety of all children is our top priority. Please follow our health policies if your child is unwell. Children may return once symptoms have fully resolved, and in some cases, a doctor’s note may be required to ensure a safe return to the classroom.

Yes! We offer a $50/month discount for each additional sibling enrolled in daycare. Micro school and tutoring packages may vary, so please inquire for details.

What if I need services for an age that is not listed?

9

While we intentionally focus on specific age groups to provide the best possible learning experience, we may occasionally have limited availability for other ages. Please reach out to discuss your child’s needs and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

What makes this an “in-home” micro school?

10

Our micro school is hosted in a nurturing home environment rather than a traditional institutional setting. This allows for a warm, flexible, and community centered approach to learning, where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore at their own pace.

Based on your hours, can my child stay overnight?

11

No, children may not stay overnight. While we offer first, second, and third shift care, all children return home at the end of their shift.
