Ricayah Hayden is a Wichita, Kansas native, devoted wife of nine years, and proud mother of three handsome boys—Brighton, Brayton, and Brylon. Her love for children, education, and faith has shaped both her personal journey and professional calling.

Ricayah has worked in education for the past seven years and earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Newman University. With a desire to continue growing as an educator and better serve children and families, she furthered her studies by earning a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

Ricayah believes that every child is uniquely created by God with tremendous purpose and potential. Her passion is to be a blessing to God’s children by creating an environment where they feel loved, supported, encouraged, and challenged to grow. She combines a nurturing approach with strong academic foundations to help children develop socially, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually.

Her educational background, experience in the classroom, and genuine love for teaching allow her to intentionally prepare children with the confidence, skills, and foundation they need to succeed. Above all, Ricayah desires to help each child thrive today while preparing them for whatever the Lord has in store for their future.
